My summer of butterfly

Butterfly is going along nicely. Lace edging was hard at the beginning, but after few repeats it was lot easier to see and understand the pattern and the knitting got a new speed.
My pearls are regular glass beads, very small but I managed to slip them to Kidsilk pretty easily. Just 200 of them at once. I really can cut the yarn and add them when it’s time. Just try to slide 500 of these in Kidsilk…
Beads on the pattern are larger (3 mm) and randomly knitted. After 2 rounds I decided to place one bead to one diamond. So this will be the back of the dress…
My summer knits? Cressida from lovely Irish Cream coloured 4 ply Soft (from GetKnitted, in sale).
My Project Spectrum will be mainly black in following months. This Merinosilk will turn out as Eunny’s Print O’the Wave stole. I guess that this will not get ready soon.
And this black yarn is Muskat, for another Twinkle knit…
