Pretty Drops cardigans

Many Garnstudio yarns have earned status as my favourite (Alpaca, Eskimo, Muskat), but perhaps even better thing about Garnstudio is their extensive pattern library, free and available in internet. And most of it is in English.

I’m pretty frustrated to the too small thumbnails of the gallery, and somethimes the pages are very slow. So when I manage to find something even slightly interesting I usually save pattern images to my computer for later use. I collected some nice cardigans to this post, with links to the patterns.

I have some Alpaca waiting in working queue, so all patterns match to Alpaca gauge (21-23 sts or two strands together 13-17 sts / 10 cm).

Pretty fair isle with nice bell ribbing. Don’t like the collar, but that would be easy to change.

Some older patterns are surprisingly good. Look this turquoise-green-yellow fair isle cardigan for example.

Very beautiful fair isle motifs in this jacket. Sleeve caps need perhaps some work.

A new one, cropped eyelet cable cardigan with covered buttons, I like it a lot, but propably would end up extending it to normal length.

I love bobbles, pretty cardigan. Perhaps not to myself, though.

Cardigan with beautiful lace, net and bobble patterns, don’t particularly like the v-neck on this. Still one of my favourites.
