Pile of gray

Speedy one was this Karate Sweater. Yesterday I picked up stitches for ribbing just before bedtime, today I started with good cup of coffee, ribbing and one very stretchy belt.
Addi needles with tube connector have been a slight disappointment for me. Tube is sticky, bends to sharp corners easily and does not handle well large amounts of stitches. I felt such a relieve to change to cheap plastic needles for ribbig. Needle was pretty full, but just long enough to handle all the stitches for collar ribbing. Heavy to handle - yes - but so much faster.
Why I don’t like the finishing work at all? Could someone please sew this one for me and do something for all those hanging yarns…
Luckily something is already sewn. In this picture you can see the exiting structure of this pattern. Front pieces were sewn together and back of this loop was attached to top back. Seems to work nicely in this ultra stretchy, ultra chunky material. Couldn’t resist to try it on, fits pretty well (if something chunky like this can actually fit).
I used little over five skeins of Big Wool - perhaps the rest (almost full 100 g) is enough for some cute, chunky and funky headwear.
